BARBARA LOU BRITT age 76 of Crossville, TN passed away October 12, 2019. She was born August 21, 1943 in Middlesboro, KY the daughter of William and Georgia Hicks Parks. She worked several years for Ford Motor Company and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her daughters- Debbie Durbin of Fairview, TN, Brenda Shelton and her husband Terry of Lewisburg, TN. Sheere Britt of Columbus, OH and Bridget Ovens and her husband John of Laurel, IN, grandchildren- Brandy Durbin and her husband Matthew Clark, Brandon Durbin and his wife Lauren, Brandon Gibson and his wife Alexandria, Barbara Gibson, Hannah Shelton, Jaclynn Britt and Matthew Shelton and great grandchildren- Georgia Durbin and Carolina Clark.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Britt and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 15, 2019 at 11am at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday October 14, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crossville City Cemetery.
