Antonio William "Will" Clark, 21, joined Jesus Christ his Savior on July 29, 2022. Antonio is the husband
of his beloved Carolina Alii, the son of Craig and Linda Clark, and the brother of Cory Clark. He is
additionally survived by several aunts, uncles and many cousins. Adoring grandparents and two aunts
welcomed him to heaven.
Antonio's miraculous life journey began on August 9, 2000 in Villa de Mixco, Guatemala. Orphaned
when he was 4 years old, his loving foster mother Abuelita Zoila, cared for him until his adoption was
complete in 2007. His first home in the United States was in Corpus Christi, TX where he passionately
enjoyed soccer, his dogs and participating in children's plays. He toured the U.S. with his family for a
couple of years before the family settled in Crossville in 2010. Antonio loved being outdoors and being
active. Besides soccer, he pursued recreational basketball, art, glee club, performing at the Cumberland
County Playhouse, rock climbing, boxing and skateboarding.
An incredibly hard worker, he held a variety of part-time jobs while in high school at the Crossville Flea
Market, Preferred Movers, and Rocky Top 10 Movie Theater. While pursuing an associate's degree in
surgical technology, he worked at Belk department store, McDonald's in Oak Ridge and DoorDash.
Antonio met Carolina Alii while attending Roane State. A beautiful story of 'love at first sight', they were
married in October 2021. Upon completion of his education, he was recruited by and joined the
University of Tennessee Medical Center as surgical technologist. In the spring of 2022, he began work as
a traveling surgical technologist in hospitals in Goodyear, AZ and West Palm Beach, FL.
Antonio lived life fully – bold and unafraid. He relished adventure and new experiences, new sights and
new flavors. Although he could be fiercely competitive, he was also gentle as a dove especially to those
in need or in pain. He accepted Jesus as his Savior at a young age and studied his Bible thoroughly for
God's guidance and answers. He had a deep-rooted compassion for others, quietly and generously
attentive to those less fortunate or in need. His beautiful, charming smile and unique laugh were
infectious to those around him.
A celebration of life will be held on August 14th at 2 p.m. at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville, TN. The
Clark family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service. The family will have a private
interment.
