ANNA RUTH STOUT age 85 of Kingston, TN formerly of Crossville, passed away May 16, 2023. She was born October 8, 1937, in Pleasant Hill, TN the daughter of Beecher and Nettie Lou Hudson Frasier. She retired after more than 40 years as an administrative secretary having worked with First National Bank which later changed to Union Planters. She was also a member of Central Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son- Brian Stout and his wife Julie of Kingston, TN, brothers- Beecher W. Frasier and his wife Elizabeth and Bruce Frasier and his wife Beatrice all of Pleasant Hill, TN and grandchildren- Davey Stout and Anna Stout.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by husband David Stout.

Graveside services will be held Friday May 19, 2023, at 2pm at New Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
