Alma Lucile Hedgecoth Griffin (87) went home to be with the Lord on February 19, 2022. Alma was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Crossville, TN. She loved going to church, cooking, quilting, and spending time with her children, grand- and great-grandchildren. Alma loved to laugh and had a quick wit about her that everyone enjoyed. She especially enjoyed the holidays when the house was full and everyone gathered to laugh and fellowship.

Alma is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Bobby Griffin and daughter, Marcia Griffin Brock, parents John and Annie (Kerley) Hedgecoth, brothers Ernest, Stanley and John Jr., sisters, Irene and Barbara Hedgecoth and Cora Hedgecoth Hall. Alma is survived by her brother, Doug Hedgecoth (Helen), nephew Tony Hall (Brenda), son Mike Griffin (Shelia), Karen Griffin Triplett (Darren), Mickey Griffin, Melinda Griffin and Sue Griffin Scott; grandchildren Stacy Griffin Wolfenbarger (Jason), Shane Griffin (Jennifer), Jessica Brock, Jennifer Brock Honeycutt (James), Jason Brock, Madison and Mackenzie Triplett, Bobby and James Griffin and Benjamin Reel; great-grandchildren Summer, Joe, Kolbie and Jasper Griffin, Hector and Alesia Honeycutt, Kaleigh and Karyssa Brock, Tucker and Tripp Griffin and Taylor Stewart.

The family would like to thank Pastor Eddie Davis (Rhonda) and the members of Liberty Baptist Church for their prayers and support. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 23 at 2pm at Hedgecoth Cemetery with Pastor Eddie Davis officiating.
