ALFRED "AL" MOENCK age 89 of Pleasant Hill, TN passed away November 2, 2025. He was born in Blue Island, IL the son of Arthur and Caroline Rehberger Moenck. He was retired after many years as an independent sales rep in the hardware industry. He also served our country in the United States Army.

Al was an avid tournament bowler and was also an experienced golfer who played in golfing tournaments as well. He was a volunteer Marshall during professional golf tournaments being held in Palm Springs, CA, a privilege he was very proud of.

He and his wife Judith were members of Christ Lutheran Church in Fairfield Glade, TN.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Judith Moenck of Pleasant Hill, TN, nieces- Tammy Golden of Nashville, TN, Pamela Coe of Bowling Green, KY, Kimberlee Ehrenhaft of Hickory Hills, IL and Charlene Berg of Arlington Heights, IL, nephews- James Moenck (Christi) of Nokomis, IL and William Moenck of Springfield, IL and great nieces- Jana Coe, Macy Frick (Garrison) and Megan Golden (Daniel).

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother- Arthur Moenck and his wife Jennie Moenck.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday November 20, 2025 at 3pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1pm-3pm two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Christ Lutheran Church in Fairfield Glade or Pleasant Hill Community Church UCC.
